Jason Brown earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Minnesota State University at Mankato and his J.D., cum laude, from the William Mitchell College of Law where he was a published staff writer and editor for the Law Review.

He is a former insurance defense lawyer who fully understands the strategies of the insurance industry when it comes to personal injury cases. Jason has handled a wide range of personal injury cases, including car, truck and motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, traumatic brain injury, slip and fall, dog bites and wrongful death and has successfully tried many lawsuits.

Jason is a former law clerk to Timothy R. Bloomquist, Chief Judge of Minnesota's Tenth Judicial District. As a member of the Minnesota Trial Lawyer's Association, Jason has lectured at continuing legal education seminars offered to fellow personal injury attorneys. He has partnered with another prominent personal injury attorney in publishing a comprehensive guide to pediatric traumatic brain injury found in law libraries across Minnesota. Early in his career, Jason also served as a research assistant to the authors of the Minnesota Motor Vehicle Insurance Manual.

 

Cynthia Brown earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of South Dakota and her J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul. She knew she wanted to be a trial lawyer at a very young age.

Cindy is a former criminal prosecutor who is at home in the courtroom. She has handled a wide range of personal injury cases, including medial malpractice, premises liability and auto accident lawsuits. She is known for her ability to handle cases with integrity and thorough preparation.

In addition to her work as a malpractice lawyer, Cindy is the founder and president of the Amigos de Guatemala Foundation. This non-profit entity provides resources to impoverished Guatemalans, with an emphasis toward medical supplies for remote health care clinics and clothing and educational materials for children residing in Guatemalan orphanages. She has an excellent command of the Spanish language.
